Mark J. Rizzo, MBA — Principal Partner
A seasoned business professional offering over 15 years of business experience. Industry experience includes restaurants, convenience stores, retail petroleum, sports/entertainment, franchises, real estate/construction and consulting services. Mark has retained the following positions; Chief Financial Officer, Director of Marketing and Senior Analyst for a Fortune 500 Company.

Mark possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit and is proud to be the third generation of business owners in his family. He conducts a thorough financial analysis and opportunity assessment to identify underserved market niches resulting in strategic opportunities for his clients. He has also developed the ability to identify hidden value in businesses and craft marketing tactics to achieve business objectives.

He has successfully submitted and secured over 2.3 million dollars in SBA financing, assisted with raising 75 million dollars in an equity placement and worked on over 20 mergers and acquisitions transactions.

Mr. Rizzo received a full graduate assistantship at the University of Richmond where he earned his Master in Business Administration. Prior to earning his MBA, Mark graduated from Alfred University located in Alfred, New York with a Bachelors of Arts with national honors and Cum Laude distinction.

Mark V. Church — Principal Strategic Partner

Mark offers MSP's clients 25 years of experience that includes developing and implementing strategic marketing plans for Fortune 500 companies. He has built a very strong reputation in the specialty advertising industry with a niche focus on franchises.

Starting as an Account Executive in New York for TMP Worldwide, the industry leader in the Yellow Pages Advertising Industry, Mark held a variety of positions while working exclusively with nearly a dozen of the top 20 accounts in the industry.

At TMP Worldwide, Mark emerged as their "Franchise Expert." He was the principle architect developing strategic planning for numerous multi-million dollar accounts, including:

  • Midas International
  • AlphaGraphic Print Shops
  • Pearle Vision
  • Dominos Pizza
  • North American Van Lines
  • Overhead Door

Mark's clients often solicited his marketing expertise during the development and implementation stages of their business strategies. Mark has met and advised the full spectrum of business decision makers including:

  • Senior management teams from Fortune 500 companies
  • Individual business owners and entrepreneurs
  • Over 10,000 franchisees

Mark was also responsible for a number of start ups while at TMPW, becoming the President of Directory Specialists, Inc. and Directory Graphics, Inc. in Fort Wayne, IN. During TMPW's tremendous growth to a $500 million agency, Mark was involved with acquisitions of new agencies and reorganizations of affiliate agencies. He was appointed President of National Media Service, Inc. in Atlanta, GA.

After leaving TMPW in 1995, Mark was Senior Partner in his own agency, TelXtra. He has held senior level positions in Sales and Marketing at National Yellow Pages Service, DAC Group, and Wahlstrom Group, all agencies with a top ten ranking in the industry.

Mark is uniquely qualified to work with business owners and buyers, bringing a unique blend of skills and experiences including, operations management, strategic planning, sales, and marketing to the process.

Mark L. Rempe, JD — Principal Strategic Partner
Mark has over 15 years of real estate development experience. He has worked on real estate projects valued over 100 million dollars and prepared documentation for numerous historical tax credits exceeding 15 million dollars. His real estate expertise has allowed him to consult on numerous for profit and not for profit ventures that involves capital formation, project management and post project audits. Mark's extensive knowledge and contacts regarding historical tax credits is invaluable in achieving optimal returns for his clients.

Mark real estate experience includes apartment complexes, low-income housing, office buildings, retail sites and mixed-use development projects. He has developed a strong reputation in his market niche and has developed numerous contacts that supplement his knowledge base.

Mr. Rempe attended the University of Tulsa where he earned his Jurist Doctorial Law Degree specializing in Real Estate. He has also earned Post-B.S. Certificate in Real Estate and Urban Development from Virginia Commonwealth University and is within six hours of achieving a Masters in Regional Urban Planning.
